Gialós — Restaurant in Municipality of Apokoronas

My wife had the small fried fishes and was satisfied with it. Unfortunately , I was very unsatisfied with my order, I took the cheese burger and instead of a simple hamburger meat, it was filled with a strange strongly processed meat that tasted horrible (for a place selling many grilled meat, I expected some real meat in the burger?) anyway, service was alright, the location is nice, especially if you want to stay on the beach in the sun. The small fried fishes were really good specially when it's dipped in their local vinegar. 😃

But then my husband ordered this grilled burger that was really not great. It was not 100 percent meat, and it was really thin and small. So he was very disappointed with it. Plus the fries were not cooked enough for us (but I think that's how Greeks cook their fries, as all the restaurants we've been in Greece has the same way of cooking their fries).

REALLY good range of food, delicious. Sensible prices, very pleasant staff. Spotlessly clean beach. Free parking. UPDATED... We ended up eating here 8 or 9 times in our 2 week holiday because it's so good. Every dish we ordered was presented beautifully, perfectly cooked, and super tasty. Outstanding mention for the grilled octopus which was the most tender we have ever tasted and we had it three times in total.. YUMMMMMM! Good live music...
