From the moment I walked into Armonia Essential Gastronomy, I knew I was in for something special. The staff welcomed me with warmth and professionalism, and the service throughout the evening was nothing short of exceptional. I recently visited this restaurant and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing – especially considering the positive reviews I had read beforehand. The service throughout the evening was slow and at times borderline rude. However, the main issue was the food itself.

I ordered a dish where the meat was so tough it was nearly impossible to cut, and it lacked any real flavor. The “crispy potatoes” were dry, tasteless frozen wedges, and the herbs and olive oil mentioned on the menu were completely missing. I politely shared my concerns with the server and explained that I had lost my appetite. Despite this, I was still charged the full amount for a dish I barely touched.

I’m usually a careful and understanding customer, and I don’t leave negative reviews lightly. But this experience was truly bad. I cannot recommend this restaurant based on my visit. I sincerely hope this feedback leads to improvements in both the food and the service...

We visited on the last night of our holiday in Crete, We were looking for somewhere to celebrate my friends birthday and we were attracted by the location by the sea. We were shown to a table under a canopy of grape vines and trees. It was at the end of the season, and every chair had been supplied with a lovely warm blanket (a very nice, thoughtful touch) We were served by Giannis, and if there was an option to give more than 5 stars, he would get it! A very friendly and welcoming man with excellent knowledge of the menu. You obviously pay a premium for the location, but when the food arrived, it was amazing and definitely good value for money.
