Vanilla Beach Bar — Restaurant in Municipality of Apokoronas

Visited for the third year in a row and again our overall experience was pleasant. Food and service is of a high standard, price is reasonable, location is desirable. My only criticism would be when you have to pay for the sun bed and then want to eat. This becomes a costly day. 3 years ago sun beds were free to people who ate or got drinks from the bar and I think this was a better day.

Wow. Best calamari and salmon sandwich ever, so fresh. Amazing beach, restaurant is so cozy and just the perfect little getaway. Would highly recommend to everyone coming to Crete! Prices incredibly fair, 2x sunbeds + umbrella only 7e plus the beach and water are so clean. Lovely beach bar on Georgioupolis Beach. The food is average, with choices from burgers, club sandwiches, kids food, to more traditional fresh tzatziki, calamari, gyros and even grilled octopus.
