Terrible for gluten free /coeliacs (I did not eat here because I donât trust they would do actual gluten free). Several dishes are starred to indicate gluten free on their menu when they are in fact not. I asked about the moussaka (which was starred) and they said âyesâ but when I asked them to make certain they said that it wasnât because of the flour. When I said they should change this on the menu, he said âitâs gluten free usuallyâ (which seems highly unlikely since by default moussaka is not gf). Then he talked me through the dishes that were gluten free and admitted that another one which was starred (chicken and sage) was not actually gluten free âbecause it has cream in itâ. I pointed out that cream does not have gluten and itâs usually just flour that does, to which he said âthatâs what I mean, we put flour in with the creamâ. Once again they didnât seem fazed that their menu said it was gluten free even though it wasnât. Overall seemed like they 1) didnât really know what gluten was and 2) didnât seem to care about potentially making customers sick.
To be fair itâs a beautiful location & decent prices, so as long as you donât have allergies it seems like a nice...
Read moreIt was our second visit to this place that made me seriosly consider praising the entire dining experience we had.
The first time we went in, we had no reservation but were shortly accomodated on a nice table and Mike was looking after us. Thank you Mike, you were a great host!
We shared spanakopita and The trilogy - both starters. Excellent choice, the theee dips with the hot pita bread were the stars of the dinner.
I had the Orzo with prawns and +1 had the grilled seabass. Insane quality, fresh ingredients and taste to remember for as long as we breathe and eat đ
The second time we did a reservation and got a table by the sea. The lady that was looking after our table cared to remember my partners birthday and congratulate him! We were thrilled for the second time by their Lamb chops and the Sofrito. The meat was cooked to perfection and the portion sizes were generous.
They have it all - quality, consistency and just the right size of portions.
And that extra touch - the people! Every interaction was a pleasure and this is by far the best place weâve ever been in Greece!
ÎĎĎΏβοĎ!! â¤ď¸
p.s. Their semi sweet wine was a music...
Read moreWOW what a view, what a restaurant. These portions are huge!
We got the Mediteranno salad? and The "Trilogy": Hummus, Tzatziki, Feta spread with pita. SO DELICIOUS. The feta spread was our favorite!! And the salad was so fresh, maybe a bit too much balsamic for me, I'd ask for light next time. But I love the cheese they use in this dish.
The main portion: Swordfish and a "Corfu" Classic. The swordfish portion was ginormous, it was a bit dry, but swordfish usually is. The potato was so good, light, crispy and not oily. The "Corfu" Classic that I can't remember the name of, was AMAZING. The beef was braised with mashed potato. The mash potato may be one of the best ones I've ever had and that sauce!!
You cannot beat this view. The service was very good, the lady we had was so sweet. I would say it's best to make a reservation if you're going anytime after 7:30pm as that's when it started...
