Mr Pug's Canteen Bao Buns & Churros — Restaurant in Municipality of Chalandri

Although their Bao Buns are great, there are serious issues with how they serve delivery customers. If they cannot manage the workload they should stop delivering at all. For more than a month now they are 1. not open for delivery (except very late or very early hours), 2. They accept scheduled orders only to cancel them 20-30min later leaving you hanging out. Probably they will answer the problem is with the company responsible for delivery, but as a customer and having called you I only care for delivering what is promised and paid. Bao buns for the win! There is duck, there is pork and there is even more... Crispy chicken, shrimp tempura, friend cod and a beef burger! They even have a spicy dragon bun from hell which is, well, very spicy!

A great place to have a quick snack and with a very nice pricing policy! The value for money index is off the charts!

The only down side which prevents that fifth star from showing up is the damn churros! I understand that it is a busy place and you don't have much time to spend frying churros, but if that's the case just don't put it on the menu! Had it been less oily I would have given it a five star rating, taste-wise. They can also improve their efficiency. A bit of a wait when they serve more than 3-4 people. But that's not that a big problem. There's also something about the impression the place gives... a sketchiness I would say and lacking the strict professionalism that you would normally find in a franchise... Moreover, and it might only be me, but, as a costumer standing on the street level looking up at the personnel about a meter higher seems wrong... intimidating I could say, but that maybe too...
