Λειτουργεί εδώ και 15 χρόνια στο Χαλάνδρι, προσφέροντας μια αυθεντική περσική εμπειρία μέσα από τη γαστρονομία, την ατμόσφαιρα και την εξυπηρέτηση. Ο χώρος χαρακτηρίζεται από κόκκινα χρώματα, διαθέτει μικρά δωμάτια και αντικείμενα γύρω από την παραδοσιακή περσική διακόσμηση. Επιπλέον υπάρχει εξωτερικός χώρος, όπου οι επισκέπτες μπορούν να απολαύσουν ναργιλέ. Όλα τα πιάτα παρασκευάζονται με ελληνικά κρέατα άριστης ποιότητας & περιλαμβάνουν περσικά υλικά όπως το ιρανικό σαφράν & το φραγκοστάφυλο. Υπάρχουν αρκετά είδη περσικού κεμπάπ, σαλάτες & διάφορα πιάτα με ρύζι. Το γεύμα μας ξεκίνησε με την σαλάτα Pars, που είναι μια αναζωογονητική επιλογή, συνδυάζοντας φρέσκα λαχανικά και μυρωδικά & με την δροσερή σαλάτα Σιραζί, που σερβίρεται σε σκεύος με σχήμα καρδιάς. Από ορεκτικά επιλέξαμε τα Σαμπουσέ, ζύμη με μοσχαρίσιο κιμά, κρεμμύδι, καυτερή πιπεριά & τυρί γκούντα. Για τους λάτρεις της μελιτζάνας, θα βρείτε το Κασκέ Μπαντεμτζούν. Τηγανητή μελιτζάνα με καρύδια & σουσάμι, δημιουργώντας μια πλούσια γεύση. Συνδυάζεται με το χειροποίητο περσικό ψωμάκι. Το ρύζι είναι ένα από τα πιο χαρακτηριστικά στοιχεία της περσικής κουζίνας. Επιλέξαμε διάφορα είδη, που συνδυάζονται με φραγκοστάφυλο, φλούδες πορτοκαλιού, βύσσινο, κελυφωτό φιστίκι & σαφράν. Ισορροπήστε ευχάριστα τις γεύσεις με αριάνη. Ένα δροσερό, ελαφρώς αλμυρό ρόφημα γιαουρτιού. Φυσικά δεν έλειψε μια ποικιλία από διάφορα είδη κεμπάπ, αρνίσιο, κοτόπουλο & μοσχάρι. Ψήνονται με ιδιαίτερη φροντίδα & με την κλασική περσική τεχνική ψησίματος, έτσι ώστε κάθε μπουκιά να αποκαλύπτει μια μοναδική γεύση & υφή. Απαραίτητο το Μαστοχιάρ, δροσερό ντιπ γιαουρτιού με αγγούρι & δυόσμο. Ιδανικό συνοδευτικό για τα περισσότερα πιάτα. Το γλυκό απλά μοναδικό. Παραδοσιακό χειροποίητο παγωτό με σαφράν και τριαντάφυλλο. Είναι κάτι που δεν θα βρείτε εύκολα αλλού. Με μαστιχωτή υφή που θα σας κάνει να το ερωτευτείτε. Το γευστικό μας ταξίδι έκλεισε με αρωματικό περσικό τσάι, σερβιρισμένο σε παραδοσιακά σκεύη, μια ιδανική επιλογή για χαλάρωση μετά το φαγητό.

One of the best Persian restaurant I’ve had in my entire life. They truly cater to their customers and cook with love. They also have a sitting area outside where you can have tea or a shisha. I’d without a doubt go back on my next visit to Athens! EDIT: we visited this restaurant again in 2021 and this is sad to say but the meat dishes were subpar. The bakhtiari tasted awful and sadly must change my review. They’ve invested and modernized the restaurant (at least the entrance looks brand new); yet I’m not sure what happened to their chef, or he was just having a bad day… they can’t blame being busy as we were the only couple in the restaurant…

This place is a gem!! We took our chances to see if there were any Persian restaurant in Athens area. And Pars came up! Decided to check it out and they exceeded our expectations. We came a bit late but still got nothing less than a 5star service. This place is designed very well and authentic . The food is way better than you can imagine (gotta try to understand) and the service was great! Sara our server was also very kind and caring. Overall a very surprising experience in a great way! Nice Persian music in the background they also Serve hookah! Thank you for everything! From Sepehr all the way from Los Angeles!

This place is a gem!! We took our chances to see if there were any Persian restaurant in Athens area. And Pars came up! Decided to check it out and they exceeded our expectations. We came a bit late but still got nothing less than a 5star service. This place is designed very well and authentic . The food is way better than you can imagine (gotta try to understand) and the service was great! Sara our server was also very kind and caring. Overall a very surprising experience in a great way! What an amazing experience! My Persian husband brought me here for my first chance at some Persian food and I was so impressed and we had a lovely meal. My husband made the mistake of not making a reservation but they were kind enough to seat us anyway. The waiters were all super kind and attentive. The food was delicious. I'm not a meat eater but my husband managed to order some amazing vegetarian dishes - Kashke boudemjoun, soup, Persian salad. All excellent! The rice and the bread were out of this world and we had to take some home with us. The even gave us some crispy rice called Tadeeg that's not on the menu. Can't recommend this place enough. We live in Ios and were in Athens for the week and made the 1 hour taxi ride to the restaurant. Worth it! We will be back. Highly, highly...

Last night , I had the pleasure of dining at Pars Restaurant and it was an absolute delight! From the moment I walked in, the ambiance was warm and inviting, with soft lighting and a charming decor. The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly, making us feel welcome right away.

The food was outstanding. I started with the fatoosh and hummus it was perfection and bursting with flavor. For my main course, I had the chelo kebab ,and the mix for four it was cooked just right. Each dish was beautifully presented, and the portions were generous.

Overall, Pars Restaurant exceeded all expectations. The combination of great food, excellent service, and a lovely atmosphere makes it a must-visit. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable...

Pars Restaurant offers a warm and inviting atmosphere that instantly makes you feel at home. The décor is elegant and traditional, and the cozy setup with Persian carpets and warm lighting adds a touch of cultural charm.

The food is absolutely delicious — rich in flavor, beautifully presented, and clearly made with love and authentic ingredients. Every dish we tried was full of traditional Persian taste, especially the kebabs and saffron rice, which were exceptional.
