Yiasemi — Restaurant in Municipality of Chania

Lets talk about it. The people who work there are realy nice. The Service is good and we got a nice table. The Music was a little too loud and the music-choice was also a little bit too present. The food was also okay. The cheese we had as appatiser was great. We had the gyros-plate für two persons. The fries were under the gyros, so there were become realy soft. But it was still okay. The beer was 5/5 Stars. Great!

The most annoying and stupid thing was the three young people who came to the tables to sing. The singing was not the problem. It was not good, too loud and realy wrong. They came, sang and after twenty little seconds the girl went to the tables and asked for money. And after she went to all the tables and got much money, they went to the next room. The prozedure was only 2 Minuts and realy bad behavior. That was realy rude and not okay! Also the personal did know the three teenagers.

I can understand why parents go to this restaurant. They have a playground and the food is okay. But it is not a...

I can not recommend this restaurant, the location is very convenient, so best location near the beach as well as the presentation of the restaurant a bit like classy beach bar, make a very good impression at first glance, but as always when the restaurant looks chic and is in a top location, it's mostly tourist traps, the waiters are unfriendly and slow, the food is mediocre and the cocktails are a disaster. you pay 8.50€ per cocktail, then you get almost 100ml of something that doesn't match the original cocktail... and also the raki after the meal, which is served in 90% of Greek restaurants as part of hospitality calculated here with 4€ extra, people my clear recommendation, keep your hands off it and just go 200m further to a real Greek tavern where you will be welcomed as a guest and not as a disturbing tourist who can be milked like a cow and who will have to wait 35 minutes must wait until the first waiter is comfortable to serve you, we've been there twice,...

Tourist trap !!!

Let's start with the fact that all the Google reviews are fake. Last week they had every day around 20 reviews per day. All the accounts had maximum one review to share in they entire life (and they all had i comun the fact they ate in the same restaurant I. A very remote place in Crete)

As we spent a full week in Stavros we tested it even if we knew the reviews were fake. Sometimes the food is good. Unfortunately it was not the case this time. Greek salad was terrible 😔. Cretan salad with croutons not even made in Grece. Service was not very welcoming neighbor.

And let's finish with the prices. 20% more expensive than the competition for less quality. Fack google reviews must not be cheep.

The only think that we really appreciated, was the kids playground. Good job on that one ;)

Overall disappointed ☹️ Hope they will increase their service level, improve their food quality and reduce the prices.
