New York Beach Club — Restaurant in Municipality of Chersonissos

The staffs there are very veery friendly!!! only the promoter said we can get in for 60 Euro's and use this 60 Euro's for drinks at the end we have ordered 4 x B52's and 2 Vodka Lemons and asked how much are left.. the man at the bar said nothing is left but we know the prices there and this was never 60 Euro's, also we havn't received any voucher or anything like that so nobody really know how much we spend or how much is left.. Just the info to the promoter if you say that the customer can order for 60 euro's then make it possible that they really can use their 60 euros!!! Sorry I have to change my * rating to a one *, because last night we had a discussion with the promoter which asked again for the 60 Euro's, just told him what happend last time and he was like don't care "if you don't pay the 60 Euros then don't come" - he knows that this is the one and only club around here and use this position! - He tried to say that this is our false, but what can we do we havn't received any receipt - so make sure that if you are paying this 30 euros per person, that you tell the barkeeper that you want a receipt and how much is left othervise you will lose this money. we went there already a few times and even if we wouldn't pay this 60 Euro's our consumation was always for sure over 100 Euro's I don't care about the money, but I care about what a person promise to us! The system at all is a lil bit suspect because you pay the 60euros and need to stay in the corner till you have used this 60euros you are not allowed to walk away.. othervise it's your false because the barkeeper will not know how much you spend, but this doesn't matter in our case because we orderd everything on one time and I am sure that it wasn't 60 euros. This all is just a information for all customer in future, the location is very good and the service staffs are really very friendly. Also the party people are also very nice. So for sure it's worth for a visit, because of the COVID19 you havn't got a lot of diffrent...

Racist / Scammer ;

I gone to New York beach club today with my girlfriend, I arrived at 4pm and only wanted to stay 2 hours, one member of the staff told me the sunbed was 5€ per person, after being seated I give the worker 50€ and he only give me 35€ back, I told him than he said to me the price was 5€ per person so he should give me 40€ back and he answered to me : do you think we are in Africa ?? I felt really disrespected + the fact my I’m mixed and my dad is from Africa , it was racist + unprofessional cause he was the one saying to me 5€ per sunbed.

After it I asked him if he had a problem with Africa and he replied than he been traveling to Africa, I didn’t understood why the fact he traveled to Africa made him think it was a reason to disrespect his customer the way he did, I think his answer just show the the lack of intelligence from this worker ..

The rest of the staff were really nice and respectful but this guy is ruining the standard of the place. I hope the Place will take this post as seriously as it’s needed cause otherwise I will do the necessary in the upcoming days and will make him understand it than African people can have way more power than...
