Absolutely Ridiculous Service

I took my family to this pizza place and while the food itself was decent, the service was an absolute disaster. My kids were left sitting alone at the table like they were invisible not a single waiter bothered to check if we needed anything. It honestly felt like the staff didn’t give a crap about their customers.

No greetings, no smiles, barely even eye contact. We practically had to hunt down a server just to get basic things like water and napkins. They were strolling around the restaurant like they were doing us a favor by even being there.

I don’t care how good the pizza is when the waiters are this careless, lazy, and downright indifferent, it ruins the entire experience. If you actually want to feel like a valued customer (or if you don’t want your kids abandoned at the table), go literally anywhere else.

This is an absolute gem of a restaurant in the heart of the old town. It’s hard to see the name but you will recognise it by the green metal tables and chairs just by the old church. We had the rocket salad, the gnocchi, tagliatelle with Ragu and on the second night fantastic pizzas. The wine by the glass is of very high-quality. The service was efficient and really friendly.
