Cozy atmosphere with perfect view of the port from the balcony. We visited the place for dinner and ordered beef carpaccio with tuna paste, bruschetta with eggplant salad and burrata cheese, mixed green salad with grapes - cashews nuts - gorgonzola cheese, octapus with smashed potato and rocket mayonnaise as appetizers. We also ordered salmon with groats and gnocchi with parmesan cream and grated truffle and truffle oil. As dessert we ate chocolate trilogy. Every dish tasted and looked perfect. We were really satisfied!! The staff was friendly and helpful with great knowledge of wine and and the wine recommend to us was a perfect combination with the food. What an amazing place. We originally planned to just go there for a glass of wine, and then we tasted the starter—and it was so insanely good that we had no choice but to stay longer and try the main courses. And oh my dear, are we glad we did! It was honestly better than the Michelin star restaurant we went to the week before. The owner is incredibly sweet, and the food was just unreal. Literally the best olive oil I’ve ever had. Also, the wine was amazing.

Two days later, we went to another restaurant nearby and immediately regretted not just going back here. This place is so recommended. Very elegant, very nice—great food, any time again. Compliments to the chef...

We visit this restaurant every year, and the food keeps getting better and better. Fantastic flavours and variety of choices. The wine recommendations were spot on for each dish and the atmosphere always welcome. The ladies who did the service were always smiling and always given us detailed info of anything we asked. If you are visiting Portoheli, I highly suggest that you have dinner there. It is a MUST! Thank you for the most pleasant dinner.
