Wynwood - Eat Sip & Gather the Miami Style — Restaurant in Municipality of Glyfada

I went to this restaurant in Glyfada for my birthday with my sister and mother. I ordered the WFC, my sister had the Bal Harbor, and my mother chose the Bayside. The waitress who served us was exceptionally kind, taking the time to explain the dishes in detail and ensuring we had everything we needed.

However, the burger patty in my mother’s Bayside burger had an unbearable smell—it was clearly spoiled. She couldn’t eat it and only had the fries while sharing my dish instead. Despite this, the restaurant did not offer to remove the item from the bill or at least replace it with something else. Instead, they brought us two complimentary shots as compensation, which was completely unacceptable. We ended up paying for a dish that was inedible due to its foul odor.

The way this issue was handled by the management was extremely disappointing. It’s evident that if you don’t have a recognizable name in Glyfada, you don’t receive the level of service and respect you should. The only redeeming factor was our waitress, who remained polite and attentive throughout.

My family and I have been going to Wynwood for years it was one of our favourite spots in Athens. The food is amazing and the place is stunning. Well a few weeks ago was the last time we will ever step foot in there. The waitress was incredibly rude it was unbelievable. The other waitress was massaging a client behind us and it was just not the vibe we were used to. We asked for an avocado for our infant and she flat out told us no. (We would have paid for it). Then we asked for extra avocado in the salad and she said no. Food came from another waiter because she was on her phone so we decided to just pay and leave. The attitude from this waitress when we went to pay was horrific it was so disappointing since it was one of the places we loved going to. I visited on a Saturday night. The burgers were great. The frozen lemon daiquiri also. My 3 person company agreed. The sour cream on the other hand was tasteless, as well as the potatoes which were fried salt less. But those things sometimes are due to too much work for the cook. You can fix that. So many artful decoration ideas inside that can't really be seen. Light up the place inside at night and always keep some salt and pepper on each table. Service was great. The staff was immediate, helpful and smiling. Minus one star for the place being a bit too crammed and dark for my liking. I think the owners are trying to mix a bar with a burger place, which in my humble opinion is not a very good idea.
