Salad up — Local services in Municipality of Glyfada

(specific to Glyfada location.) If you're hungry and want to eat this side of doomsday, you're best served overlooking this place! Painfully long waiting times by overworked staff who can't keep up, despite ample hands on deck. Total chaos. One of the reasons I stopped being a customer. Just today, after a couple of years, decided to give them another shot... how little things change! Nearly 40 min. after placing a take away order, standing in the midday heat, I was told "it wasn't long since I'd ordered" after I enquired ...and when they "confirmed" my order they read back the wrong one as they kept searching for it. No reason to believe this is a worthwhile experience for what amounts to getting a mediocre salad, so left empty handed and couldn't be bothered to even ask for a refund. Plenty of healthy, tasty and better options around. Definitely the last euros any Salad up gets from me. Would leave no stars if possible, ...but I'm obligated to give one to post; one too many,...

This was practically our second home in Glyfada. Not only did we go daily; we often went twice a day: either for brunch and dinner or breakfast and dinner or any given combination. The staff is amazing: professional, friendly without being overpowering, giving your space with a charming smile and the occasional chat. The atmosphere is laid back with just seven or eight tables nicely spread to give you your space and the chance to enjoy the views from the curbside. The variety of choices, the size of the plates and the taste are unbeatable. Prices are extremely reasonable. My elderly mother, my husband and I (sometimes joined by my brother too) just loved the place and look forward to going back again on our next trip to a Glyfada. Thanks...

Catastrophic experience. Order placed on E-Food at 14:09, estimated delivery was 15:15. Then it suddenly changed to 15:55–16:15. We waited over 2 hours! Delivered 16:09.....

At first, they blamed E-Food for the delay. After three phone calls, they finally admitted they didn’t have enough staff and our two salads hadn’t even been prepared or handed to the delivery service.

Unacceptable. No more Salad Up....
