Πικάντικη Στοά "Ο Βασίλης" — Restaurant in Municipality of Kallithea

We ordered deliver from e-food last night. It was my first time trying food from this restaurant. The food was excellent, generous portions as you would expect, very tasty and the delivery was super fast. We did order a portion of pork gyro, a portion of pork skewers and a sausage. They were delicious. 🤤

I would make some recommendations though for improvement. The tzatziki could be made in house and taste nicer and it would be nice to add some parsley and salt to the onions as it prevents them from having this strong aftertaste when you prep the onion for the day. Also, I would like my pork skewers cooked a little longer as the fat was not cooked properly. 🫣

Those are some small recommendations as I will be ordering again, not a complaint at all.

Absolutely amazing spot! Everything we ordered was fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. You can really tell they use high-quality ingredients and put care into every dish — it’s hard to pick a favorite because everything was so good!

The owner and staff were incredibly polite and welcoming, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Service was also super fast — we barely had to wait!

What really surprised us was that both of our kids, even though they’re usually picky with food, loved everything they tried. That says a lot!

Το συγκεκριμένο μαγαζί μου το σύστησε παρέα που το έκρινε ως το καλύτερο ψητοπωλείο στην Καλλιθέα. Μπορώ να πω ότι είχε και τα θετικά της και τα αρνητικά της. Τα θετικά είναι πως το προσωπικό είναι ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό. Όταν έγινε ένα λάθος στην παραγγελία (υπήρχε έλλειψη από ένα προϊόν) μας κέρασαν ένα άλλο ορεκτικό για να μην μείνουμε με την λιγούρα (ραβασάκι αν θυμάμαι καλά ήταν τηγανιτή φέτα με μέλι και ήταν πραγματικά εξαιρετικό!) Πολύ γρήγορη εξυπηρέτηση με φρέσκια χωριάτικη σαλάτα και σωστά κομμένη! Δεν τσιγκουνευτηκαν καθόλου την φέτα μπορώ να πω. Πολύ ωραίες πίτες καλά λαδομένες! (Αυτό είναι ξεκάθαρα θέμα γούστου,αν δεν σου αρέσει το λάδι ΣΊΓΟΥΡΑ να τις ζητήσεις αλάδωτες) Πολύ καλές μερίδες κεμπάπ και μπιφτέκια, χορταστικές. Ένα από τα αρνητικά ήταν σίγουρα η τυροκαφτερή....δεν έχω φάει χειρότερη στην ζωή μου. Ήταν υπερβολικά πολύ γλυκιά και καθόλου καυτερή όπως θα έπρεπε να είναι ήταν λες και είχε μέλι μέσα,δεν κατάφερα να φάω καθόλου δυστυχώς. Οι πατάτες σε ενημερώνει στο μενού ότι είναι προτηγανισμένες αλλά δεν ξέρω παραήταν κακές,δεν θα τις επέλεγα σαν έξτρα ορεκτικό παρά μόνο ότι ήταν μαζί με την μερίδα η το σουβλάκι μου.
