Beware if you complain and voice your disappointment with your meal at this restaurant, the owner, chef, will attack you with the viciousness of a Cat. The mantra of good customer service and respect to your patrons concerns rings hollow as I refused to pay full price for my meal only, as I had complained twice and received no feedback from the chef in charge. My experience, I ordered the Telendos fish plate special, it arrived with a large salad and a decent sized fish, that had its skin blackened to burnt on both sides, I proceeded to eat, yet many times failed to remove all the charred skin and that sullened the flesh of the fish, overall it was a poor eating experience on a beautiful island. The reason for this review is the vicious reaction I received when I decided to deduct €10 and pay €5 only for a €15 meal. “ You ate the fish, you did not send it back”. Yet twice I stated to staff, it was not an enjoyable eating experience. In the end the vicious Cat Chef Owner was more willing to fight with an unhappy customer than deal with the genuine concerns and complaints, I strongly felt this is not the quality I deserve to eat or pay for. In the end to end the conflict I paid the full bill and walked away, with her still shouting at me, with NOT one word of apology. I’m not surprised her staff was so mute, it must be hard to deal with such an argumentative volatile person. In summary, if your food or drink arrives and you are not happy, SEND it BACK.yet I would not assure you that would not cause issuesas well. Certainly don’t accept burnt food, I won’t in the future. I certainly will be visiting Teledos again yet I will never visit this restaurant again. Have now visited here three times as we very much like the beach here. The 1st visit we did not get the wine we ordered and hubby had to request it. The bread we ordered never arrived the Sardines were excellent the Greek salad abit soft. We decided to give it another try and it all was absolutely perfect including the Sardines and cold plate which had salad and dolomades. The service was also very good. Today we visited and again ordered the cold plate and the Sardines in pepper sauce. Unfortunately the cold plate cane without the dolomades as they had ran out but they didn't tell us this on ordering. The Sardines were good but if we had been told about the lack of dolomades we would of ordered an alternative. As it happened we were then asked if everything was ok with our meal and explained. We were offered to change but as we already had our hot food it really was not an option. Ordering something off the menu should be as described.Finding it does not have one of the main components is not acceptable. I accept you were busy perhaps you could of at least given something complementary to make up for this. It's a shame as this is a lovely resteraunt but some elements are lacking here and could...

Just one week before the religious celebration of 15.08, you expect the restaurants located on Greek islands to give the best they have/cook. But this was not the case here. We ordered stuffed vegetables (gemista) asking specifically to be tomatoes. After ordering, the waitress brought the last portion left and this one was mixed (pepper, tomatoe); she could have been updated well in advance of our order. Other options like potato salad which we ordered, we were later informed it was not available. Last but not least, the sausage we ordered was burnt (see foto). So, we wanted to enjoy eating by the sea but not only many of the menu options were not available, our initial orders were sort of amended.
