We had the tzaziki, a generous Greek salad, the chicken in wine sauce with rice, and the lamb in garlic sauce with roasted potatoes. They did not offer cocktails just beer and wine. The chicken was so delicious I would have happily gone there a second night and ordered it again, but there are bones that didn't bother me but might others. The lamb was tender and delicious. We have been coming to Ribetiko for some years now… and love it. Food is consistently great. They have lovely menu of Cretan classics served in a beautiful and atmospheric courtyard. Specials are reliably good - eg last night we had lamb fricasee with oven cooked potatoes -very good indeed! Good food, great garden to eat in! Our favorite place in Sougia to have diner! The best in Sougia. Nice daily specials. The woodoven is not an accessoires but they use it for real! The best dishes are from the woodoven! But when the daily special is finished, everything else on the menu is also great! We love the lam, moussaka, bifteki, souvlaki, stifado, beetrootsalat.....just everything 😍. They have nice local wine and they always serve with a smile! Love the place! Can't wait to get back...
