We came here and had some excellent fresh fish. We chose fagri (a bit like sea bream, but bigger) and the owner showed us the available fish to choose from. They looked good, and we chose the smallest one. He told us the price per kilo and weight so we knew it would be around 40 euros (for 750g). Good fresh fish can be a bit expensive, but when it came it was really worth it. Simply and beautifully cooked (grilled, with oil and parsley) it was absolutely delicious. Livikon was open fortunately so we ate tons of food (graviera saganaki, Cretan salad, fried papas, grilled prawns). Not only was the food really good along with the spectacular view on the beach, but the service was unexpectedly attentive, warm, and kind. The gyros were to die for! The portions are excellent for the money (not once was I able to complete an entire meal in one sitting!). We had such an enjoyable experience, that we came back to eat here all 3 days during our brief stay in Sougia! Will definitely come back the next time...
