A hidden gem and home to authentic Karpathian cuisine. There is no a la carte menu but serving 6 different homemade traditional dishes with the freshest ingredients. Menu change daily. The staple greek salad and local cheese are always available.
We have been eating at this restaurant 6 nights in a row. We have had the best chicken souvlaki in the world. Very tender fresh premium meat and not salty nor dry.
They take Greek Salad to a whole new level by using fresh picked leafy green that changes everyday, homegrown tomatoes, raw red onions that ripe well with intense flavor, sea veggie called kritamos or Rock Samphire that was picked in winter and pickled for months, high quality feta cheese, barley rusk and the most importantly - homemade fermented olives that taste sherry!
We have tried their Karpathian lamb, rabbit stifado from the owner's farm, meatballs, baked chicken legs in lemon and olive oil, they are all great.
