Kastri Bistro — Restaurant in Municipality of Kifisia

DO NOT EAT AT THE KASTRI BRISTO! My mother was among 27 who was invited out to lunch at the Kastri Bistro on Monday, the 15th of April. Unfortunately, 18 of those invited were infected with severe food poisoning, which we later found out is expected to be a result of a salmonella infection. When confronted, the owner of the hotel denied these claims and took no action to investigate. My family, along with the 17 other women who were affected by this, are preparing doctor reports and will be taking action against this restaurant. We were invited Monday 15th of April 2019, it was a lunch invitation for 27 women, 18 of us including me got very bad food poisoning, we all ate different dishes, even a one vegan woman was food poisoned, the doctors assumed that it could be Salmonella cos it stated showing after 10 till 17 hours from the meal time, the kitchen is filthy no hygen, we are preparing doctor reports all of us the 18 women to take an action legally against the KASTRI HOTEL, we will never visit this hotel or recommend it to anybody.... The hotel was informed by the incident but didn't bother to investigate...

Είχα χρόνια να το επισκεφθώ κι έτσι την Καθαρά Δευτέρα του 2022 επιλέξαμε να απολαύσουμε το γεύμα μας εκεί. Ωραίος ζεστός φιλόξενος χώρος, το μενού απλό γευστικό και όμορφα παρουσιασμένο. Η εξυπηρέτηση καλή. Ο σιμιγδαλένιος χαλβάς είχε στεγνώσει αρκετά αλλά παρέμενε νόστιμος.Το μόνο που κάπως μας δυσαρέστησε ήταν ο κύριος που μας σέρβιρε το κρασί, ενώ κρατούσε το μπουκάλι με τα δύο του χέρια, χύθηκε μικρή ποσότητα εκτός του ποτηριού λερώνοντας και το ποτήρι & το τραπέζι μας κι αν δεν το ζητούσα η ίδια δεν θα είχε σκουπιστεί. Ο φελλός επίσης ενός εμφιαλωμένου κρασιού τοποθετείται πάντα στο τραπέζι, δεν τον εξαφανίζουμε και τρίτον σερβίροντας τη δοκιμαστική ποσότητα κρασιού στο ποτήρι του πελάτη, αναμένουμε να δούμε αν τον ικανοποεί κι έπειτα προχωράμε στο να γεμίσουμε τα ποτήρια των υπολοίπων.
