Price was right. Crust was a bit soggy by the time it got here (delivery), tasted somewhat flat and probably lacks long fermentation times. Tomato sauce was a disaster , Greece has excellent tasting tomatoes, better than San Marzano, so this was a let down for me. We opted to not get buffala and yet the mozzarella used was adequate. All in all, even though it was subpar it still was one of the better pizzas you can get in Athens, which speaks volumes on what the locals expect from a good pizza. Three stars because it was cheap, if it was pricier i would probably 've rated it a two.

Edit: 24 hour fermentation is not a long fermentation time, 48h or longer is widely acknowledged from artisan pizza places to be much better, this place obviously disagrees with them. There are various qualities of San Marzanno canned tomatoes as well as fresh (or otherwise) Santorini cherry tomatoes. I have been ordering food from you for many years, even before the pandemic. My whole family orders from you. However, lately, your pizza is not what it used to be. It seems like you have changed the ingredients or the chef. We used to order the Margherita pizza with bacon, pancetta, garlic, and lettuce, but even that has changed. The composition is no longer the same. Additionally, when we call to place an order, the person answering the phone sounds disinterested, and it’s intimidating to tell them what you want. A bit more empathy would be appreciated.
