Kapari — Restaurant in Municipality of Kythira

We had such a great time at Kapari in Kapsali, Kyhira! The setting right by the water is just perfect, you feel like you’re on holiday the second you sit down. We tried the baby calamari which was tender and perfectly fried, the tarama which was so smooth and flavorful, the avocado crab that felt fresh and creamy, and the Mediterranean salad which was super crisp and refreshing.

Everything tasted amazing and felt really well balanced. The staff were warm and attentive, making sure we were happy the whole time. It’s the kind of place where the food, the vibe and the service all come together to make you want to stay a little longer. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in Kyhira Thanks!...

We found Kapari for lunch on our first day arriving on Kythera, and unfortunately our first day here was the last of their season! We enjoyed Kapari so much for lunch, we went back for dinner even though they were out of stock on quite a few items since it was their last day. I highly recommend the fried baby calamari, it was some of the best I've had ever. I also loved the Ntokas salad, the cheese is superb! We are in Kythira for 15 days and he have tried a lot of different places for food this was the worst by far. The food was almost disgusting. Seafood was frozen, the seabass ceviche had so much lemon and pepper so we couldnt understand the original flavor. All the dishes were 1 star. We paid for 2 persons 90€ the same price we paid at another amazing resraurant for 6 persons (15 dishes). I recommend no one to try this redicilous place. There are so many amazing other...
