Mailo's The Mall Athens — Restaurant in Municipality of Marousi

I ordered Pesto Genovese from Mailo's The Mall Athens. This is the pasta I usually order from Mailo's menu, and I have done so in the stores in Chalandri and Kolonaki. It has always been excellent and even with variations depending on the cook, the location etc, it has always had excellent quality. From this food spot at the Mall, it was just simply not Pesto Genovese. it didn't have the taste, the look, or the ingredients of Pesto Genovese, as it had no... Pesto. You can plainly see it in the image attached. I approached the booth and asked could it be that there is a mistake, they said no, they denied this was totally different and nothing like the dish served in the other Mailo's locations and then just stood there looking at me. Then, I said listen this is the most expensive pasta on the menu (receipt in the other image attached), if you had simply said we've ran out of the pesto ingredients, basil or something, I would have ordered a different one. But the chef who said they made this, came forward and said 'this is pesto genovese with parsley, it has parmesan and butter'. Based on the picture and the taste, I don't know that it was even that. I asked them why they only valued their own time at work, and not mine, who looked forward to spend the 8 euros that I make in two hours of work, just to eat Mailo's Pesto Genovese. From the rest of the reviews, I see I was lucky, some people were served uncooked pasta or with weird brown things in it. Mailo's as a food chain deserves to have a successful spot at the Mall Athens, it's so popular, and rightfully so. The service and the management responsible for this service and their business policies are a disgrace to say the least. I wish the management would change and the food would be good again, needless to say until that happens, I won't spend...

Απλως απαράδεκτοι! Την προηγούμενη φορά θεωρησα συμπτωματική την απαράδεκτη συμπεριφορά αλλά σήμερα το τερμάτισαν. Δεν δικαιούσαι επιπλέον πιατάκι γιατί λέει είναι η διαδικασία του καταστήματος έτσι....οποτε αν έχεις παιδιά θα πρεπει είτε να φάνε με τα χέρια εάν πρέπει να μοιραστούν μια μερίδα είτε να παραγγείλεις χωριστές μερίδες...σε έναν χώρο γεμάτο οικογένειες αυτοί φέρονται εντελώς εκτός. Υπεύθυνος να μιλήσεις δεν υπάρχει. Τελευταία φορά ήταν. Η πλάκα είναι ότι σε όλες τις αξιολογήσεις έχουν κονσέρβες απαντήσεις όπου αποφεύγουν την απάντηση επί της ουσίας. Είδα ότι κάποιος ανέφερε το ίδιο θέμα με τις συσκευασίες και η τρομερή δικαιολογία ήταν ότι θα έχουν πρόβλημα με την εφορία αν δώσουν. Μας περνάτε για ζωα μάλλον. Όλες οι υπόλοιπες επιχειρήσεις του κόσμου μάλλον έχουν κάποιο μέσο στην εφορία.... Για τα...

Ότι χειρότερο πραγματικά!! Πήραμε chicken broccoli και φάγαμε κυριολεκτικά 3 μπουκιές μέχρι να ανακαλύψουμε ότι το κοτόπουλο ήταν χαλασμένο με καθαρά αλλοιωμένη γεύση ή ήταν κατεψυγμένο κανέναν αιώνα, δεν ξέρω πάντως δεν τρωγόταν. Το πήγαμε πίσω και η απάντηση της αγενούς υπαλλήλου με τα κόκκινα μαλλιά στο ταμείο ήταν πως δεν μπορούν να κάνουν κάτι και έβαλε τον μάγειρα να δει την ημερομηνία λήξης από ένα κλειστό σακουλάκι λες και από το συγκεκριμένο έβαλε το κοτόπουλο 😂 Εφόσον δεν μας πίστευαν ότι είναι χαλασμένο τους το αφήσαμε στο πάγκο και φύγαμε, εξάλλου για τα σκουπίδια ήταν. Σε περίπτωση που πάθουμε καμία δηλητηρίαση θα κάνω μήνυση στην εταιρία . Πραγματικά για ενα τοσο μεγάλο brand το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα αποτελεί δυσφήμιση και θα έπρεπε να παίρνει τις αξιολογήσεις των...
