Kikuko — Restaurant in Municipality of Nea Smyrni

Ordered 4 Dishes. Sweet and Sour Noodles: was noodles with some ketchup sauce. Very odd taste as I am Asian descendant. Complained but they mentioned everyone enjoys it and it’s a home made sauce and can’t do anything. I dare anyone to try this. The worker proceeded to tell me how they cook it and it was egg noodles and it was home made when I complained about it.

Cheese wontons with “shrimp and crab” just taste like cream cheese and no actual crab and shrimp maybe a little but what difference does it make if you can’t taste it? Worker/owner also said “this is how they make it”

Indian Chicken Korma (green) was the only good dish. Great flavours but portion was hilarious for 11-12 euros paid.

Tom Kha was also decent in flavours.

As an Asian I do not approve. If the owners owned up to the mistakes as one dish was amazing but unfortunately I would not go again. I hope they do improve as there...

Εξαιρετικά ποιοτική κουζίνα, τόσο όσον αφορά στα υλικά όσο και στο μαγείρεμα. Έχω δοκιμάσει σχεδόν όλα τα πιάτα και είναι όλα εξίσου καλά. Αν ήθελα να δημιουργήσω ένα μενού προσωπικά αγαπημένα αυτό θα ήταν: γκιόζα, σούπα ουντόν, σπέσιαλ νουντλς Ταυλάνδης και ρολά σοκολάτας. Άφησα για το τέλος το sushi το οποίο είναι ένα από τα καλύτερα της Αθήνας και σε πάρα πολύ καλή τιμή.

Πολύ όμορφος χώρος, διακοσμημένος κυρίως σε Γιαπωνέζικα πρότυπα. Σε συνδυασμό με την Ανατολίτικη μουσική καταφέρνει να σε ταξιδέψει. Αξίζει να σταθώ στο πανέμοροφο Uchikake kimono που από μόνο του είναι λόγος να επισκεφθεί κανείς το kikuko.

Η εξυπηρέτηση είναι ότι θα περίμενε κανείς από ένα πολύ καλό εστιατόριο. Πολύ ευγενικοί και εξυπηρετικοί άνθρωποι, χωρίς παράλληλα να σε αγχώνουν. Η ίδια η ιδιοκτήτρια είναι τις περισσότερες φορές παρούσα και επιβλέπει τις παραγγελίες.

Συνοψίζοντας, πρόκειται για ένα από τα καλύτερα Ασιατικά...

It's an okay place. I do not recommend you to go there and eat. Maybe delivery is a better option. Place is very small it has 4-5 tables. Menu is okay. People are friendly. But you can smell kitchen from where you sit and employees are too busy so they are not...
