Earos Athens Urban Living — Hotel in Municipality of Nea Smyrni

We enjoyed our 3 days stay at this hotel but I am giving 4 stars because after day 2, we asked for house keeping (just clean bath towels + toilet paper), left our dirty bath towels on the floor of the shower as directed by the hotel, but discovered at night when we returned that our towels were not replaced. We phoned reception and was told that the cleaning staff did not come to work that day.|The room is quite large with a convenient kitchenette - we appreciate this. Overall clean and tidy and good location with public transportation. Also, there is a supermarket just 5-7...

Great location, right between the centre of Athens and the sea. Bus stop 1min from hotel, amazing helpful stuff, they helped us with transport, told us everything important. They also sell bus tickets at the reception. Everything we needed was within 5min, market, bakery, restaurants... Clean modern rooms, quiet neighbourhood, definetely...
