They seated me at a tight pathway where all the staff kept brushing against my table although they could have walked around. After putting up with it a bit I asked for a different table. I ordered a steak (medium) which arrived overcooked (well done) and they forgot to bring me utencils. Once they brought it, they gave me a wrong knife. It was really difficult to cut my overcooked steak with the wrong knife. By the time I got the correct knife from the staff my steak had gotten cold and I had already finished my fries. Taste was okay but nothing to write home about. The tables are angled and unstable, so cutting an overcooked steak with the wrong knife will shake the table up so much that things will start falling off it. And because the steak was served on a cutting table, and the table was angled, the juices dripped on the table and poured to the other side.

First the meal I had was amazing. The steak was perfectly cooked . The flavour it had was delicious. I felt it melt in my mouth. Also a picture of my meal. The service was kind and caring. The manager was super friendly and met his father who was a really nice guy. They were from Albania and very friendly . The crew was amazing. The view is breathtaking. Jense the drone photography and videos I uploaded with an aerial drone perspective. I met a super friendly group which is also posted. I highly recommend going there and giving it a try. Ok I know this is a food place but my first comment concerns their cocktails and how great they are. Seriously now one may think "wait a minute here, I came here for souvlaki and fries. Why on earth should I have a cocktail?" Well... you don't have to, but, if you don't think it's a sacrilege to have your souvlaki with nothing but beer and retsina (nothing wrong with that by the way) you may give it a try. Also you can only visit the place for a cocktail. The food is great also actually. It may take a little long to be served but it's worth it. And while waiting you can have a cocktail.

Not open at the hours posted..... and RUDE service is not necessary 😒

Came here early Tuesday. It says on the hours that they open at 9 am.

They were not open yet. They said 5-10 minutes. Which was fine. We sat down and waited.

The lady server came up to us saying: "I only have coffee" so I asked how long before you have food? She said, "I don't know around 12" so a breakfast place that starts food service at 12????

We then decided, okay, JUST COFFEE it is. She was so irritated that we decided to stay. Took our orders with such attitude. And rolling her eyes.

We just decided to leave.

The thing is, why put your hours at a certain time and be mad when customers come...

I went to this restaurant with my aunt and ordered two Aperol Spritz. We were told they had run out, so they only served us one – even though we could clearly see more bottles sitting on the shelf.

I also specifically asked if a certain dish contained gluten, and was assured that it did not. Later I found out that it actually did contain gluten, which is unacceptable and potentially dangerous for anyone with dietary restrictions.

To make matters worse, a glass of wine was accidentally spilled on me, and I received no apology, no compensation, and no effort to make things right.

Overall, this was an unprofessional and unpleasant experience. I cannot...
