They seated me at a tight pathway where all the staff kept brushing against my table although they could have walked around.

After putting up with it a bit I asked for a different table.

I ordered a steak (medium) which arrived overcooked (well done) and they forgot to bring me utencils. Once they brought it, they gave me a wrong knife. It was really difficult to cut my overcooked steak with the wrong knife.

By the time I got the correct knife from the staff my steak had gotten cold and I had already finished my fries.

Taste was okay but nothing to write home about.

The tables are angled and unstable, so cutting an overcooked steak with the wrong knife will shake the table up so much that things will start falling off it. And because the steak was served on a cutting table, and the table was angled, the juices dripped on the table and poured to...

Not open at the hours posted..... and RUDE service is not necessary 😒

Came here early Tuesday. It says on the hours that they open at 9 am.

They were not open yet. They said 5-10 minutes. Which was fine. We sat down and waited.

The lady server came up to us saying: "I only have coffee" so I asked how long before you have food? She said, "I don't know around 12" so a breakfast place that starts food service at 12????

We then decided, okay, JUST COFFEE it is. She was so irritated that we decided to stay. Took our orders with such attitude. And rolling her eyes.

We just decided to leave.

The thing is, why put your hours at a certain time and be mad when customers come...

I went to this restaurant with my aunt and ordered two Aperol Spritz. We were told they had run out, so they only served us one – even though we could clearly see more bottles sitting on the shelf.

I also specifically asked if a certain dish contained gluten, and was assured that it did not. Later I found out that it actually did contain gluten, which is unacceptable and potentially dangerous for anyone with dietary restrictions.

To make matters worse, a glass of wine was accidentally spilled on me, and I received no apology, no compensation, and no effort to make things right.

Overall, this was an unprofessional and unpleasant experience. I cannot...
