Galaxy City Center Hotel — Hotel in Municipality of Patras

I had an incredible stay at this charming hotel located right in the heart of Old Town Patra. The location couldn't be more perfect—easily accessible to all the historic sites, local shops, and vibrant restaurants that make the area so special.

What really made my stay exceptional, however, was the outstanding service. The receptionist working the third shift went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Not only was she welcoming and friendly, but she also offered great local recommendations and was incredibly helpful when I needed assistance with my plans.

The room was spotless, cozy, and beautifully appointed, making it the ideal place to unwind after a day of exploring. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, and I will definitely be returning the next time I'm in Patra! Highly recommend this hotel for anyone...

My wife and I stayed overnight at this hotel and were delighted with our choice. Firstly location was excellent as just a few minutes walk from ferry port and situated right in the heart of everything, shops,restaurants, etc. Secondly the staff were most accommodating and helpful during check in/out and did it all with a real professional but relaxed manner. The room was spacious, clean with a comfortable bed for a great night's sleep. Wi Fi was strong and no issues at all with it. We were situated on the fourth floor and the double glazed sliding balcony door ensured almost no street noise. Thirdly, breakfast offered comprehesive hot and cold choice with a member of staff on hand to help with any requests or issues of which there were none. The hotel is exactly in the center of Patras, its 1 min away from the main retail street of Patras and 1 min away from the cafe and restaurant area of the city center. Staff is really helpful and you get a fast service. The breakfast is really basic. You can have your breakfast in the balcony which is a great view spot. The room was clean however i was not so happy about the mattress which was way too much soft...actually you were getting sank in it and obviously in the morning you are having low back pain. I stayed in this hotel few times before covid era and the rooms were better and even bigger, the breakfast also was better back in that period.
