Mezedotechneion — Restaurant in Municipality of Patras

I recently dined at this restaurant and, while the food and service were good, I was concerned about the tables obstructing the blind footpath and that is the reason of this bad review. It's important to note that this may not only be against accessibility guidelines but also the responsibility of the municipality to regulate.

I urge both the restaurant and the local authorities to address this issue promptly. Prioritizing accessibility is not only the right thing to do but also a legal obligation to ensure safety...

Fuimos a este restaurante por sus buenas reseñas. Que decepción, nos engañaron a nosotros y a todo el mundo que pida el mixed seafood. Pedimos el Mixed seafood para 2 personas que según la carta en ingles lleva (pulpo, sepia, gambas, kolokythokeftedes, tomatokeftedes, patatas, anchoas fritas, sardinas y pequeños ntakos) todo eso según la carta por 30€. Pregunte a través del traductor si en este plato había uno de los ingredientes a los que soy intolerante. Directamente ni lo miro, dijo que era todo a la parrilla. Tardaron tanto a servirnos el plato que nos trajeron un aperitivo para compensar (yo no pude comer porque soy intolerante) tardaron casi 1 hora a servirnos un plato con (sepia, pulpo, gambas, patatas y el kolokythokeftedes o tomatokeftedes medio quemados). La comida que nos llevaron no eran nada del otro mundo. Aún faltaban cosas por traernos (según lo que habíamos leído en la carta en inglés) pero no nos trajeron nada más. Al final preguntamos qué, porque tardaban tanto, que faltaban por servir anchoas, sardinas, ntakos, …). Su respuesta fue que ese plato no llevaba estos ingredientes.  Conclusión: la carta escrita en griego lleva menos ingredientes y la carta en inglés lleva más ingredientes (aunque no te los van traer). Fallo lamentable, ya que no es fallo de traducción, es fallo de atención. Nos dijeron que nos cobrarían 25€...

Just perfect. Very nice variety of drinks (wine, tsipouro and ouzo) and food, both appetizers and main dishes. All food was tasty and portions were more than enough.
