Shisan Sushi Bar — Restaurant in Municipality of Peristeri

It was a friday night, we thaught to try the new location since the sushi across the street had a wait. The service was the worst I've had in any restaurant. We were sat and forgotten. If we didn't get their attention we were invisible. The food was awful. We ordered a few sushi plates. The rice was like glue. We had to ask for wasabi as there was non on the platters. That took a while. Then we had to ask for soy sauce. When I asked for the bill and told the haustes how awful the food was, her response was "That is not my job" my jaw just dropped. So I told her that her job was to inform who ever was responsible for the food. Of course, I left no tip. The environment is nothing special. I would say cold and inpersonable.. all they cared about was the delivery orders. No wonder this location had empty tables and across the street there was a wait to sit. I don't recommend this place. Very much disappointed. I was one of shisan’s first customers when they opened many years ago in the centre of Athens and a regular one. Since they went franchise, the quality of food is below average. On top of that, my last visit to shisan peristeri was an absolute nightmare. Just wanted to relax and enjoy my sushi but the waiter kept asking to pick each plate as soon as the last piece went away. I literally hadnt finished my bite and the waiter popped to pick the plate. Terrible Service, We went in the store and ordered sushi although we were a bit indecisive. Anways, the person that took our order that was the cashier too was TERRIBLE she had an attitude like shes doing us a favor and she said around 15-20 minutes till its ready, later on around 50 minutes had passed and STILL nothing, the same person told us to wait 10-15 more minutes.
