We came all the way from Athens to check out this place after hearing great things and reading amazing reviews. Sadly, the experience was really disappointing. The service was a mess, with so many different servers coming to our table that no one seemed to be in charge, which led to total chaos. The food took forever, and our second round of drinks was forgotten and only arrived long after we’d finished eating, which completely defeated the purpose.

The pizza was way too hard, though the rest of the food was okay. When the waiter realized he’d messed up and didn’t put in our drink order, he didn’t even apologize. The staff didn’t seem to know how to listen or care about the customers. It’s such a shame because the location is great, but the service was just terrible.

We asked to speak to a supervisor, and even that took forever. When someone finally came, the waiter kept interrupting us, claiming to listen but clearly wasn’t. They brought us a round of drinks as compensation without even asking us, but we didn’t want any more drinks. There was no real apology or effort to make it right. We dined for dinner and was extremely disappointed, the service was extremely slow, we sat down and waited over 30 minutes to order. Once we ordered, we received our check first, which was a bit backwards. We then waited about another 30 minutes for our food, which arrived cold. We had the tagliata, which was ok but served cold, and needed a bit more salt, but was juicy. The potatoes that came with it did not have truffle as stated. The cesar croquettes were good, reminded us of an expensive mcdonalds chicken nugget. Finally, the grilled calamari and shrimp were served cold, which I wish we knew at first, otherwise we would not have ordered it. I ordered a cocktail which was good. Don't think we'll be returning.
