Mira Restaurant (Piraeus) — Restaurant in Municipality of Piraeus

We found this place from google and we went with my family. Everybody have the same feeling after we left the restaurant. We went this place because the google review was too high. (but fake DO NOT GO) When you go there, they serve you a small cup of fish soup which is very tasty. We ordered cheese saganaki (yellow cheese) which is not tasty and it was 5 small separate pieces and they fried the frozen cheese because of this inside of cheese was still frozen. NOT TASTY We ordered grilled shrimp (not the small - not the jumbo we ordered no:3) and it was cooked too much. We did not get the taste of shrimp. NOT TASTY We ordered grilled sun dried octopus, they served too much grilled and cut into million pieces. And it was served with oregano on top of octopus. Because of this you did not get the taste octopus and you did not get the salty taste of it JUST OREGANO. NOT TASTY We ordered grilled sea bream which is also cooked too much and not cleaned properly. (they brought one piece grilled and they clean the bones??? in front of you) NOT TASTY We strongly recommend you to tell how to prepare and cook the dishes...

What started out with an incredible view ended with a waiter chasing me up the street as they charged for food I didn’t have!! I went due to such positive reviews and the nearness to my hotel. After waiting a good 15 mins for a menu I ordered my drink as they only brought the drink’s menu. Another wait for the food menus then 15 mins they finally came to take my order. I will prefixes this by saying I have no problem paying the €2 charges for bread in European countries, but at least bring it to me!! Finally the food came which was quite good except for the poo being left in the crayfish’s tails - had anyone during the meal asked if everything was ok I would have discussed the poo & the EXTRA charges - but alas no seem to care. Strange I have been in Greece for two weeks and this is the worst service I have had! Seriously chasing someone up the street...

An amazing rooftop view with good service and magical atmosphere. The salad was exquisite. The appetizer and the bread were splendid. The tuna dish too. The fish was okay. But the dessert ... I could not eat that. I thought they will bring me a traditional Panna Cotta, but it was a gourmet disappointment. It looked like a cheesecake with lots of fruit jam on top, the bottom was bready, just like a cheesecake. And in between... A thick later of peanut butter!!! If they had added ketchup, wasabi and bacon, it would not get any worse. The panna cotta part in this gourmet wannabe dessert...
