POSEIDONIA Restaurant Cafe — Restaurant in Municipality of Pylos and Nestor

This restaurant has a great location with an exelent view to the bay, however the beautiful atmosphere was disrupted by the friendly, but very unorganised staff. When we recieved our apitizers, one of us did not receive one because they completely forgot about it. When we asked about it they made clear that they could not make a new one quickly - so we ended up having to share part of our appetizers with the person that didn't receive one. Furthermore, while we were still eating our appetizers, the main course arrived and the staff wasn't pleased that they had to take it back and almost made it seem as if it was our fault. Starter was perfect; grilled veggies with hummus was great. The waiter - to whom I would say; don’t be so ‘stiff upper lip’ and relax a bit, make some jokes with your customers and simply enjoy your working day - helped us out great with a bottle of really good local wine. The salmon we ordered was good, the tuna steak was medium rare as ordered but had a little rubbery feel to it when chewed. Too bad cause the taste was good. We went there a second time, first one being a couple of years ago! It really used to be ok! Everything went down since then! Some of the dishes then, are not on the menu now, but they appeared to be on an online menu, an older waiter that served us was arrogant and also brought our food separetly, 20 minutes apart, the tzatziky was the worst we ever tried in Greece, and we got charged twice for bread even if we ordered only one portion! Also very expensive looking at the price quality ratio! There are better choices! And, at the end of the meal, the waiter asked us in a bossy way  how much are you going to tip! Never...
