Pizza Fan Ρόδος — Restaurant in Municipality of Rhodes

Me and my partner are on holiday in Greece. We ordered from pizza fan over the phone, it has an option for English and a recorded message said "30% off for home delivery" and "50% for collection". When we placed our order and asked about the offer for home delivery we were told by the man on the phone that the offers are a year old and they haven't gotten round to changing it. Firstly, that's ridiculous as it's such a big company. Secondly, it's false advertising. We still placed the order because other reviews said they were good, so we took a chance. We gave them our room number and name and told them to go to reception of our hotel when they arrived. We rang reception from our phone to inform them of the delivery and to call us when they are downstairs. We were also told 35 minutes. 1 hour later we call pizza fan to be told "the delivery man came to the hotel and were told by reception that the room does not exist" There is only one hotel with the name of our hotel. We gave specific instructions aswell as the hotel contact number. They had no decency to call the hotel who would of transfered them straight to our hotel room phone. We made it clear that if there were any issues then they could do that. We spoke to reception and they said no one with pizza has come yet. They offered to bring the pizza back to us however it would have been cold. We are disgusted with the service and think it's an...

One of the finest in quality and especially price pizza chains in Greece. The company practically offers every pizza type that you would wish for along with pasta options and salads. It also gives lots of options about the size of the pizza, the type of crust (if you wan thin or thick pizza) and they also put Philadelphia cheese on the edges upon request for an extra prize.

Overall, highly recommended place for a fantastic value for money standpoint....

This is a very good pizza place. The food tastes great. Especially the pizza. I also tried the regular hamburger and fries, it was okay, the fries are very good. Prices are very cheap for this type of food in the area. An 8 slices of pizza sering cost 4 Euro. I reccomend it if you're looking to grab something...
