Sundalia on the beach — Restaurant in Municipality of Rhodes

The place really looks very nice and inviting and one would like to come back to it .. unfortunately I will not do it. I was supposed to pay 12 euros for a double shot of jagermaister ... the price is amazing. For the same in the neighboring large resort you will pay 4-6 euros. The order was after 10pm, there weren't many people in the place, and when I said that I wanted to pay with the card, I didn't even get a bill but to pay immediately only 12 euros .. I asked to show that one shot in the card is for 6 euros - also of course I did not get such an answer. After my comments the price was changed to 10 euros. This unassuming place is one of the places I love to return to during my holidays in Rhodes. No matter what time of the day you go there you are guaranteed a feast for your senses. Just a breath away from the local beach, you are surrounded by art and a hand-crafted natural ambience. The freddo latte and the various G&Ts always hit the right note for me. During your visit there you ll notice that you’ll always be served with a big smile no matter who works there each day. All these little details will create beautiful memories during your time in Rhodes. You ll quickly realize that going there is much more than a nice drink in a beautiful environment…is about letting everything else fade and just taking a moment...

Sundalia is a great bar on Afandou beach. The outdoor seating area and gardens are attractive and create a great atmosphere. The bar is directly in front of the beach with views of the sea which, on the day of our visit glistened azure blue.

The waiter, who I understand is the son of the owners, was friendly and very cooperative when we asked him to take photos of our group.

We drank half litres of Alpha lager, which cold and refreshing. The bar also has an extensive list of cocktails, along with coffees and soft drinks.

It's a shame that I was only on holiday in Afandou. Otherwise, I would be a regular visitor! I highly recommend you try this bar if you're visiting...
