The beach isn't that bad on its own, but compared to other beaches available on Rhodes, it is inferior. The path from the bus station to the beach isn't surrounded by any greenery, so it makes a trip a little bit more exhausting. There is nothing in particular on the beach, the colour of the sea is less beautiful compared to other beaches we visited (9 beaches), the waves were bigger then what we expected from a beach on the east coast, the shower tub wasn't fully functional, there wasn't a traditional taverna but more of a fast food, we didn't eat there so I can't comment on the food.
