I think that we came on an unfortunate night where they had staff shortages. Waited over an hour for food and the drinks service was not great.

Update: I see that the owner has responded without any acknowledgement of the challenges that he faced on that evening, which he himself advised were due to the fact that his wife had taken the evening off and his two daughters had to return to help out.

So yes, we did wait for over an hour and had to ask for the food to be chased up. And yes, my wife did have to wait for her drink for over 20 minutes!

As I said, I am sure that the service on that particular evening was not typical, but you need to acknowledge and learn from your customers comments and in particular note the football fixtures, as it was always going to be busy for the first game of the premier league, especially when it was Manchester...

Exemplary service from this family run sports bar. Omg they try so, so hard to please everyone. Great beer, great friendly service, and exceptional assistance to make it work. We were told this was the best place to watch sport near Gennadi but we checked everywhere else out before. This proved itself to be the best we could ever wish for. 3 big TV screens, lots of tables and chairs, great hospitality, and despite not ordering food it looked and smelt great, especially the pizzas! Absolutely unbelievable bar. What more could you ask for. Friendly staff and great service. They Make you feel like your at home and they look after you. Constant smiling and constant laughs. If your in Greece and you haven’t been this bar then your certainly missing out. Big shoutout to the staff for putting on a great night for the England game. The owner is an absolute diamond.
