To Limani Fish Restaurant — Restaurant in Municipality of Saronikos

WARNING! Six of us went to the Limani Fish Restaurant this April and had a very poor experience. On arrival the place looked very nice and had a lovely view, however, we came to find that looks can be deceiving. When ordering my daughter asked for the zucchini flowers stuffed with rice but the waiter said ‘NO...’ then said rather rudely that they were out of season. Unfortunately that is all she wanted so she did not eat (this was her own choice I know.) We then ordered our food. When the food arrived they came at completely different times, we waited around half an hour for the last item to come out compared to the first, as each item took around five minutes after the previous one. I had the pork kebab skewers and the pork was not cooked only enough for there to have some browning on the outside. My wife had the lobster spaghetti and there was an abundance of spaghetti with a lobster tail, this would have been nice but there was hardly any meat inside the tail and the guts where still inside it. (This isn’t normal from where we come but it may be over here, still very unhappy with this though). The garlic mash with the battered cod was stone cold and when a drink was spilt it was not cleared and the waiter who was there at the time didn’t offer for a refill (even if you still had to pay for another). Unfortunately, I must say this was beyond doubt the worst meal I have ever been served in a fish taverna ever. We ordered three things, a mixed salad, fried calamari, and fried Gavros. The salad was acceptable, but nothing special. The calamari were small tough overcooked. Disgusting! The Gavros, fried fish were even worse! They were tough tasteless overcooked unbelievably bad quality! Hesitantly, we called for the owner to come to our table and expressed our dissatisfaction by asking him to taste the calamari and the small fried fish and tell us what his feelings were. He told us that that was the quality of food that they served, and there was nothing wrong with it. He then turned around, and as he abruptly walked away, he spoke to the waitress who was standing nearby and told her to make sure that we paid when we left! It was bad enough that the food was so awful, but to add insult to injury, the owners attitude was worse than the quality of the food. RUDE & INSULTING. We've visited this restaurant a few times in the past year. Our last scheduled visit was for Friday the 25th of March and had reserved a table for two from the day before. Upon our arrival, realised that the restaurant was crowded and they were not following any of the public rules regarding COVID19 (masks, social distances). We asked for our table from the front desk and they rudely said that "we're not included in their list". Then, this young man started shouting to another customer right next to us, simply ignoring our requests to check twice because we had a confirmed reservation. After a few minutes this employe threw the reservation list towards us, prompting US TO FIND our name in the list, refused to take any type of responsibility and told us to GO TO THE KITCHEN, find the owner and complain because he's just an employee.
