Amazing views, spacious rooms, and a convenient location just outside the hustle and bustle of the port. However, on the downside, the room was not properly cleaned (we found long hairs in several spots and had to ask for additional cleaning), the AC didn’t work well, and the breakfast was very poor—both in quality and nutritional value, in a venue full of flies. The staff were hardly ok, distant and not particularly accommodating when it came to requests; one would expect better and more sophisticated services judging from the multiple messages received prior to check-in. I will not come back.
UPDATE in response to the business’s inaccurate claims: -No women ever stayed in our room. We were just two men and our blonde friend had a separate room, while the hairs we found were clearly dark. -Regarding cleanliness, I personally messaged the reservations manager kindly asking for a more thorough cleaning after we discovered hairs in various spots. I never received any reply. Needless to say, it is not our responsibility to supervise the cleaning staff, as the management advised. -We never requested check-in at 11:00. At 11:30 we simply asked to leave our luggage somewhere (a common space or a storage room), exactly as we had agreed over the phone, since it did not fit in the car. We never asked to check into the room or use the room earlier than what the policy provided for. -As for the “buffet,” it was indeed extremely poor and, worse, questionable from a hygiene perspective, with flies all over the food.

Breakfast was served outdoors with flies all over the food at the buffet — absolutely unhygienic and disgusting (even a fan may be a solution). Staff showed zero interest in addressing it, and some days we even skipped breakfast because it was unbearable. Employees were indifferent, didn’t even greet guests. The worst part was when the owner decided to bring in workers and a truck to replace the solar water heater during quiet hours, right outside our expensive room where we were trying to rest. When we complained, he responded with arrogance, telling us to “understand because he needed to fix the heater, he could not boil water for us'' instead of apologizing at least for the noise. Completely unprofessional and rude. Lastly, they refused to store our luggage before check-in unless we paid extra to leave it at their office at the port — something every other hotel in Greece offers for free.
