Mpakakaki — Restaurant in Municipality of Serifos

Really bad!!! At first, there were leftovers (mostly big, steak bones) full of wasps. Our table was next to the sea and the waiter threw halh of the bones INTO THE SEA!!! (I guess that this is something they usually do because they are afraid of wasps) We should have left by this point... The wasps came back, as soon as there was food on the table. We were trying to get them of our food literally every one minute!!! And to complete this great experience, the food was uninteresting and of bad quality. Well, what can I say? It has been 10 years since we visited Serifos and there are so many restaurants and places to eat now, and there was then. You never know which one to try.. I had done a little research and was really looking forward to my evening here. The service with a smile and professional explaining the menu process.. we had wine Greek salad, tzatziki chicken chips, cheese pie, and everything was so tasty and fresh, and it was such a good price as well compared to a few places close by to where we are staying. Great place for traditional Greek food with ample portions and reasonable prices. The Loukaniko (traditional sausage) and the Kebab were great but the fries left much to be desired and the "Classic" Saganaki was not so classic (Romano cheese instead of Kefalotiri and fried in deep oil), kind of ruined a classic. Other than that the rest was great, and the place was full when the neighbouring restaurant was completely empty. The whole meal with a carafe of house wine included was just short of €40, so...
