service was terrible

All we ordered was two plates of simple pasta, a salad and foccacia, and waters.

Pasta was tasty Salad was boring . No dressing of any type. Foccacia was extremely boring. Very barren with some diced tomatoes. No taste to it.

The waiters were delivering food to other patrons who arrived after us, while it took 45 minutes for the salad and foccacia to arrive.

Waiters were non-existant - no one checked to see if more water was needed despite obviously being out.

It took another 45 minutes for the pastas to arrive with no explanation for being delayed.

It took another 20 minutes for the bill to arrive after requesting it.

Overall, dinner took forever and waiters were very inattentive - I'm not sure if anyone was...

Service was really good, nice and polite waiters. Food wasn't italian at all with italian prices. We ordered salad, mushrooms, pizza, and pastas. Everything was tasteless, and wasn't cooked properly. I wouldn't let this kind of food leave the pass. Sooo expensive for what you get. I give 2 stars ONLY because service was extremely friendly. Nice restaurant but needs to change the kitchen staff and hire a real chef. A really subpar experience. I ordered the spaghetti carbonara and was met with a simplified version of the true italian carbonara with both cream and onion. Really disappointed with the "oldest italian restaurant on Sifnos". The service was lackluster as well - all the waiters spent their time on their mobile phones instead of looking out for their customers. I had to ask for a check 3 times before I was issued an actual credit card request. Not really a restaurant I can recommend unless you really really really...
