We were at the restaurant on 08/27/2025 A lot of tourists. Lots of seats. Obviously, there aren't enough waiters for that many people. We waited about half an hour for the menu to be brought, then another half an hour for them to come and take the order. A waitress took the order. Ten minutes later, she came up and said that there would be no coffee, problems with the coffee machine.

An hour later, another waiter came up, who apparently noticed that we had been sitting for a long time without being served. Suddenly, he brought us only the salad from the order and said that they had lost our order. Then why did the salad suddenly appear?

The girl who took the order repeatedly passed by us, without even saying that the order had been lost.

The new waiter offered to repeat the order. We patiently agreed and began to name the dish, one of which was in the order. To which we were told that this dish was not available.

Then our patience was over.

We asked for a bag to be brought to take the salad and pay. We waited another fifteen minutes for the salad bag. Then another ten minutes for the bill. Then the second waiter came and said that the salad was on the house and suggested that he would serve us next time. A nice guy, thank him very much for his attention.

I was a little confused by some of the lower ratings I saw here, but after dining here, I can only assume they were from people who expected fast-food service. If you go to a restaurant during peak hours, especially one as popular as this one, you should expect to relax and enjoy the atmosphere—not rush.

We had a great experience at this restaurant! The outdoor ambiance was beautiful, and the staff were extremely friendly and attentive. Service was impressively fast — we were there for lunch, and our meals were served within 10 minutes of ordering. The food was delicious, and to top it all off, we were treated to a traditional dessert on the house with the bill.
