Eco Green Residences & Suites — Hotel in Municipality of Sithonia

We chose this hotel due to the fact that the entrance in the rooms is being done via an exterior hallway, no elevators and all, given the pandemic and precautions that need to be taken. We stayed in a studio, which seemed quite small from the photos, but in reality is much larger, with a double bed, a sofa, a kitchenette, a fairly large bathroom, and a nice terrace. The room was very clean, with a few exceptions: maybe once in a while the refrigerator can get a deep clean, there were some food stains on it; the ventilator was full of dust; the bathroom wall had tracks of soap on it from the last visitors; also some kitchenware had food leftovers on them; the thingy were you dry the beach towels was full of dust. Nothing a good once in a while cleanse can't solve. Otherwise, the room was cleaned daily, garbage taken out, bed sheets and towels changed every 2-3 days. The hotel is modern, but the view is not much. The one from.the back is quite disappointing, but I guess it doesn't concern the owners, which were really nice and helpful. The beach is nearby, a large one, with sunbeds for free if you buy something from the bar. The sand is not fine, more grainy. But the beach is dirty, full of cigarette buds and plastic straws. We had a beautiful experience in this well designed contemporary place! Super friendly owner Dimitris was all the time on contact and eager to help. An angel housekeeper Nana was too sweet to be true🤩 The room (103) was spacious and very comfy for two, but can suit four as well as far as I understood (might be an important info for families with kids). The ceiling is high, lots of storage space, there’s also a functional kitchenette in the room with everything u need. There’s a centralized airconditioning that u can set urself and a ceiling fan in addition. Also the light in the room was overinvested😀, but thanks to this u can enjoy many modes. Very crucial moment - rooms are extremely soundproof! If u close the balcony door - u can’t hear anything and no one can hear u. The balcony is also large and well equipped. It has an anti mosquito net, believe me, u will well appreciate this🤩 Special thanks for the provided cosmetics miniatures - I enjoyed it a lot, amazing smell and quality. In general I'm very pleased with our stay. That is our second stay in Eco green hotels. Last year we stayed at Eco green living. I was so happy there that this year I did not search for a place to stay. I knew we were staying at Eco green residence. Everything was perfect. We had a comfortable room, fully equiped, with big balconi. It was very clean (exept for the day before our departure when even the bin was not emptied) and pleasant. The surprise came the evening after we left the hotel. I received a text from the owner that 2 towels are missing... I am sorry but I am still literally blown away at how anybody could imagine that after paying more that 500 euro we will steal used towels... Still the place is exceptional and made with attention to every detail. I love Toroni and I will visit again like every summer in the last 10 years, but I don't think I will be staying in Eco...
