Read moreThis was our 5th time having a lunch in "To Akrogiali" in last three years. This is a busy local taverna that has a decent price/value ratio and is just a few meters from the beach. We loved moussaka, pastitio and the greek salad. Fish was so so. We avoided rice based meals as they were overcooked and dry (in last two years). Zucchini could be much better.
One star goes just for the guy that unfortunately served us last four times. Tallest one of the crew with the light short hair. We have never met such an a.... This time we came with an older disabled lady. It was just horrible. He was staring at us/waiting next to our table to take an order, the second we were seated. Old lady changed her mind about the order, and he exploded.This time we asked for someone else, but without success. Such a pity for this lovely little place.

Read moreGood place to eat. 5 people (2 adults and 3 kids). We had octopus, squid, pasta, french fries, hamsie, mussels, water and wine. All for 68€ August 2022. It was a bit late at night, the restaurant was full. They have a terrace and a few tables by the seaside. Ordering and serving was very fast (in 15 minutes we ordered and all the dishes were ready). It is a nice place, with good food.
UPDATE august 2024 Very good place to eat, we come back every time we are in Greece. Prices are very decent and the staff is very welcoming and nice. We had a special request and they did an outstanding job. The menu is in Greek, English and Romanian. We were 13 at the table, 8 adults and 5 kids. We ordered everything from fries, to pasta, squid, calamari, mussels, shrimp, hamsie, water, beer and wine. The orders came quickly and they were very tasty. We payed 173€...
