Unfortunately, I can't provide feedback on the food as we didn't dine here. However, we enjoyed a cool and freshly tapped beer during our first visit.
Recently, we've had experiences that compelled us to update our review. Initially, we were warmly welcomed upon arriving with our dinghy at the floating dock. The waitress, fluent in English and German, seated us near the bar and provided attentive service throughout. His assistance when we departed was especially appreciated.
The ambiance here is truly enchanting! The garden is lovingly designed and well-maintained, featuring beach loungers, chairs, and hammocks that invite relaxation. A small bay with a gradually deepening beach offers a refreshing spot for all ages to cool off. We were so captivated by the setting that we filmed a video to share our experience.
However, our subsequent visits were overshadowed by a disheartening development. Despite our previous positive experience, we were informed during a later visit with friends and our dogs that pets were no longer permitted. This came as a surprise, especially since we had previously observed an off-leash German Shepherd freely roaming the premises. A week later, when we returned without our dog, we noticed other guests with pets who were not given the same instruction.
As a customer, I am disheartened by this inconsistent treatment. It's disappointing to feel unwelcome after enjoying the ambiance and hospitality previously. Regrettably, based on this experience, we have decided not to return.

Read moreThe food was really tasty -- and this comes from a connoisseur of Greek cuisine. We had the baked chicken, grilled octopus, and several appetizers. The service was good and the view from the deck is fantastic. Make reservations to sit at the upper deck, although the lower deck where we were seated offers just as good a view and experience (it's not much lower than the upper deck, and they're both facing the same direction, so not much difference). We were able to take a swim in the little beach behind the taverna afterwards and we returned on a different day because the kids enjoyed jumping off the dock into the water. The dock is outfitted with two ladders, which makes it easy to get back on it from the water. There is a way to get to the beach without going through the restaurant via stairs a little past the entrance. There's even a shower at the beach, which is great. The sunbeds are for restaurant patrons, so if you want to use them you'll have to order something. Fret not, there are plenty of choices on the menu for light fare and drinks if you're not interested in a full meal. We swam over to the taverna next door, which doesn't have a beach per se but access to the water is feasible and there is also a dock (no ladder to climb up to on that one, though). The way to the taverna is through narrow winding streets and it's two-way traffic, so use caution. Overall, it was a great place to visit during our...
Read moreBeautiful place but…. Better stay away
Me and my wife spent a day in this beautiful place, enjoying sun and wonderful sea. We were so excited, that few days after we called to book for dinner the day after at nine (9:00 pm), asking specifically a table by the sea.
We arrived at 20:45 and were told, in an annoyed way, that we were late ! Supposedly we would have booked at 8:00 pm, which we are certain we didn’t as me and my wife made the booking together and repeated twice “nine” = 9. Never mind, a mistake may happen, on either way. The point is how you manage a “mistake” with a customer.
The waiter, still very annoyed, condescendingly tell us to sit in a table far from the seaside, while there was still one available, that we promptly asked for…..The answer was: “no, that is booked, and they are also late by half an hour….” (maybe they a had also booked at 9:00 pm? It comes to me the doubt that number “9” is a great unknown over here…
After this further sign of arrogance, we decided to leave, and were also greeted with spite!!
A pity, especially for us, for we intended to book a week in the villa with some friends and expected to have all the info at dinner.
The point is that a beautiful place as Panorama cannot be managed by people that don’t know how to treat customers with kindness, whatever issue comes up.
If we had been treated with kindness we would have accepted the table proposed.
