We first visited Mystras Bistro in August and loved it so much that we returned in October. The location is stunning—perched on a hilltop with breathtaking views of the Sparta valley. If you’re staying nearby, like at Mazaraki, it’s just a short trip and absolutely worth it.

The fresh, local ingredients really shine in every dish we’ve tried, from traditional meatballs to souvlaki with eggplant cream, local sausage, or salmon with orange and zucchini. The menu is short but clever, with light, aromatic, and perfectly balanced flavors.

The wine selection is equally impressive, offering local and organic options that pair wonderfully with the food. The whole experience is refreshing and relaxed, with great music, a laid-back atmosphere, and genuinely warm, attentive staff who care about your experience.

Highly recommend Mystras Bistro for anyone seeking quality food with an unbeatable view. We’ll definitely be back—probably in a couple of months again, and we live almost...

My family and I spent our Greece holiday in Athens, Santorini, and Nafplio. We took a leap of faith to drive 2 hours out to Mystras and hopefully get some good views and great food. Needless to say we were all blown away by Mystras Bistro!
