FRAUD - DON'T GO! This restaurant attracts customers by advertising a salad+pasta+dessert meal including a small glass of wine for 18.50 EUR. As I don't drink alcohol, I asked them to substitute the wine for a soft drink, this was not possible and I decided not to order a drink because - like all Athens restaurants - they had already provided water as soon as I sat down. The salad was awful, the rest of the food okay. When I asked to pay however, the waiter took the credit card that I had uncautiously placed on the table and quickly swiped it before I could see the amount. I only saw the amount from the credit card receipt (he hadn't yet brought the bill, had to leave and come back to bring it). I was very confused by this unusual behaviour but it all became clear when I saw the amount: they had charged several euros for the water, 1 litre of it, even though I had never ordered it and certainly wouldn't have ordered one litre. In fact their menu didn't include any drinks at all, so I suspect they overcharge on the drinks no matter which you order, unless you only drink their house wine, which another reviewer called undrinkable. Considering I didn't receive the wine, it would have been cheaper to charge each item individually rather than as the menu offer, but instead they charged me for the wine I didn't receive plus the water I didn't order.
IF YOU MUST EAT HERE, hold your credit card in your hands and don't give it out until they have brought you the bill and it matches the...
Read moreThe older female server is so rude! Do not come here. Go to Burger King next door instead. Food is only so so for the price but man the attitude ruining my last few hours in Greece where everyone else was nice prior to now.
I actually never write restaurant reviews but this is too much. I came in here to sit comfortably to charge my phone and laptop so decided on paying for a 3 course meal and water which costs 25.70 euros which is not cheap for an airport restaurant.
Not even finished my food and was told to pay the bill which I did without hesitation. She then tells me I have to move because other people are waiting. I said I am not going to move. I am not even finished my food!
There are plenty of other empty tables in the restaurant and I have pics but don't see how to post them. She had a sour no smiling face the moment I walked in.
I gave her 40 euros cash and she brings me back all coins in change with eight 50 cent pieces! Are you kidding me? I am leaving the country and you are giving me a kilo of coins?
When I asked a different young lady server regarding the coins. The response was "Did I serve you?" She walks away and then the male bald guy yells something to her in Greek probably to ignore me.
Eat at the food court or anywhere else but do not come here. The management needs to look at the staff. It is ruining...

Once asking for the bill - If you speak a foreign language - they will not issue a legal tax receipt as required by Greek law but give you a printed paper (which has no value) from their POS until they see how you would like to pay (cash or card).
This is the second time it happens to me in this specific restaurant. I am asking for the bill, they come with a printed paper with totals but it is not a legal tax receipt which means if you pay cash, it will all be black money!
After switching language from english to greek because I wanted to get some explanations, the waitress was very embarassed and told me they would issue the legal tax receipt only if I'd pay by card, this is the way they operate! So all cash payments are simply black money. The taxman will be happy to learn about that!
For those who don't know what a legal tax receipt look like, please check the picture below. The best for you to avoid arguments is to pay by card. If you fancy a bit of action, pay by cash and insist in getting the legal tax receipt. If you can get the attention of the police, even more fun!
This tax receipt has always string of different characters at the bottom of it, this is the...
