Very bad experience. I mixed up departure time and wanted to pick up my luggage 10 min after I dropped it off. They still charged me the full price which was 52 euros for 6 hours. Zero customer service or exceptions management. UPD: The business stated in their reply that they informed me about the 20 min grace period which is a lie since they did not! When I came back for my bags those 20 min had not passed yet! I had no idea I still could get my money back and just decided to keep them there for longer. Misinforming and scamming customers is very unethical and is a crime. This is great that you as a business have everything recorded because I do too and I have witnesses, and you can clearly see there how the guy at the counter is saying âit doesnât make a difference if itâs 1 min or 6 hrs of storage, itâs still 52 eurosâ, which was a misinformation and turns out that you guys just stole 52 euros from me.    Read moreCare4Bag let Greek natives skip us in line because they supposedly had âpriorityâ. When we asked for more info, they said that they had priority simply because they were Greek. Seems like a strange business model for a company that profits off of tourists and was pretty annoying, as we had a flight to catch. The bag services were fine, but when we asked questions about tagging the luggage, and picking it up, we were met with sarcastic and condescending responses, and treated like we were asking stupid questions.
Based on how we were treated during the check-in process, it doesnât seem like Care4Bag values or appreciates its tourist customers, so if we ever travel to Athens again, we will be using a different service. Care4Bag should make some more efforts into customer care and service in the future if they want business...

The old guy was so angry to me and customers, i had two small bags that wanted to lapping together which is smaller size than a suit case but he insisted to divide by two so he can chage 2 times. Also, he does not know how to wrapping properly: he wrap not certain rounds but he do emotionally. when I asked wrap unwrapped side, he cut my stuff and said that he can do whatever he wants and scream at me.
