The only good thing i can say about this place is the view. We came across this place on our second day in Santorini and we made a dinner reservation for the next day. We asked the waitress which seats were the best for the sunset view and she pointed to the ”balcony” area. We set the reservation and left. The next day we rushed to the restaurant to make it in time for our ”sunset dinner”. I aproached the waitor by the entrance and told him my name and our reservation. He then told us in a very rude manner to go sit wherever we wanted except for the reserved tables. I then explained and pointed out that we had reserved the table by the balcony. He then says that ”oh no that table is for all customers to take pictures from”. Me and my boyfriend were confused because the waitress from yesterday told us she would reserve this particular table for us. At this point, me and my boyfriend were annoyed because this waiter was making a scene in front of the other guests, telling us ”you can pick whatever table you want” but not those.(Pointing towards the tables by the balcony). I totally understand this but why would the lady the other day tell us something else? The rude waitor proceeds to give us ONE menu to look at. We had to sit all the way in the back of the restaurant by the restroom entrace. We both checked the menu real quick and decided, No, we are not spending money here after this treatment. We left, the man working the front didnt even bother asking us what the problem was or offered us any service. We wasted an entire night coming to this place after staff promised us a table and then telling us it was not available. Reading the negative reviews on here it seems like the food is not worth the crazy prices they are charging people. We later heard from other restaurant owners around Santorini that this restaurant is known to be rude...

We were four people, two couples, full of enthusiasm and looking to enjoy a romantic sunset — as many do when visiting Santorini. We stopped by this location hoping to take in the view from their terrace.

We walked in quickly, eager to catch the final moments of the sunset. We weren’t loud, we didn’t disturb anyone — we simply spent about six quiet minutes on the terrace, soaking in the beauty of the moment.

Instead of being welcomed, the staff threw menus on the chair with visible annoyance, and shortly after, he came to us raising his voice, telling us we had to order. No “welcome,” no explanation — just pressure.

We explained kindly that we would have gladly ordered something, had the moment not been ruined so rudely. This could have easily been a win-win situation. Something as simple as: "Welcome! You're free to enjoy the sunset — may I offer you a glass of wine? It will cost this much." Hospitality doesn’t have to be complicated, as long as there’s no ego involved.

Sadly, this was the only place where we felt humiliated during our entire trip. As we left, shocked by the experience, we even saw the man high-five a waitress — as if to celebrate having driven us away.

For a HoReCa business, this kind of attitude is disappointing and shortsighted. When you choose to run a location with such a beautiful view, you should also embrace the spirit of hospitality that...

I have to say that this place never lets us down! Each time we have visited Greece we come here. From breakfast to the sunset dinners and cocktails every food and drink item is absolutely divine! The item descriptions do not do justification to how truly delicious each item is. To make the experience even more enjoyable the service is top notch. Each employee we encounter every time is so kind and courteous. They give excellent recommendations and are extremely personable and kind. Management is very hands on and eager to make sure your experience is the best you can get. It’s so refreshing to find. The prices are just amazing. For what you get and the quality of every item they are more than reasonably priced and the view is worth far more. It’s unfortunate that we aren’t able to make it over but for a couple weeks a year because I can never get enough of this amazing food, views and hospitality. Another great season guys. You really outdo yourself and should be proud. I recommend that everyone make a point to come here a few times when visiting Santorini.
