Awful we walked in my husband and I. There was three employees in the store one older lady employee looked at us and we are ppl of colour and said she something in her language she looked at us we knew it was something awful cause all of the employees starting to laugh we asked what did she say the guy at the coffee bar he said he didn't speak English and laughed and said Americano I said no I am not American. He fully ignored me to take my order and I asked my husband for us to leave as we were leaving a man was there he said that was unacceptable what she said when we walked in, we asked what did she say in her language he said the older lady said,” the zoo has come to the bakery” I felt so bad we ended up at a local family bakery who treated us much better. I would like this to be addressed because these ppl From the zoo had lots of money to spend and wanted to support...

Friendly and helpful staff, tasty feta pie, delicious chocolate pie. Important NOTE: Smoking is permitted INSIDE the bakery, which dissapontly takes away the lovely smell of the pastry and bakery.

ON TOP of that the owner seems to be extremely grumpy guy: staff said STRICTLY NO for request to have 3 additional pieces of chocolate pie from long side of the tray, but not from the short side because according to them "OWNER restricted them how to get each next piece regardless of clients requests". We planned to get some sweetness to home to our friends and family the last day as well. Sorry, but it's ridiculous. At the end we bought nothing there that day and on the last day as well. We were very disappointed .
