K.Grill — Restaurant in Municipality of Vari - Voula - Vouliagmeni

It was one of the worst souvlaki experienxces i have evee had in greece. We order souvlaki on a regular basis. We ordered for 7 people online. The delivery arrived. We paid. And realised while unpacking that food for 3 people was missing. We caled immediately because maybe the delivery guy forgot a bag. After several minutes on the phone with which appeared to be the owner and after confirmation of one employee, that the delivery guy handed out one of our bags to the wrong people and after repeating the order (which was placed online therefore visible to us too) 5 times and reconfirming the missing foods, we got a callback explaining to us that the "extra" order is another 8 euros. The guy on the phone insisted that this never happened and if we wanted the food we had to pay "again". The kalamakia that did arrive were extremely dry and tasteless. we obviously didn't want to continue this ridiculous accusations and will obviously never order there again. We were out of 8 euros we paid for food that never arrived and were called liars....

Amazing food both when it comes to salads and meat dishes.Ate the gorgonzola and the k grill salad,they were both amazing. Then when it comes to meat dishes we ordered the meatball dish which for just meatballs it was great (I've got to add that it comes with a mustard-mayo sauce) we also ordered the tigania kotopoulou dish ( which can be translated to panned chicken),it tasted out of this world.Then to top it all of our final dish was a mix of meat dishes for 2 people which was more than adequate.Overall i highly recommend this place either for dinner or for lunch.Oh and the icing on the cake were the very fast...

i give this souvlaki restaurant a 1 star because my time here was horrible horrendous and depressing. my souvlaki didnt have sauce and it didnt slide down my throat DEN GLISTRAEI as i was eating my dry souvlaki a bike started going ioouuu iouuu iouuu for 20 minutes nonstop and no one caref to stop it. i had asked for wayer twice before they cared enoung to bring it too me as i almost choked on the dry souvlaki 1** all day no questions asked. Also their was no napkins on the table i had to go inside to get them myself is this self service or not tell...
