Family Cafe Bar Restaurant — Restaurant in Municipality of Vari - Voula - Vouliagmeni

The place was actually aesthetically pleasing and food was decent and honestly it was very sad we were treated portly. Two stars is for the incredibly terrible and slow service. We arrived at 9:30pm and ordered drinks and appetizers. We came to celebrate our engagement and our waiter rudely and abruptly stopped us for ordering because it was “too much.” And then the table who came with us 30 minutes after us got their food and appetizers before we even had a chance to order dinner. It took us over an hour when we finally ordered dinner, he forgot THREE entrees and we were were starving and it was already midnight. He was very mean and brushed us off half the night. My fiancé and I left early because it was late and we were exhausted but our friends stayed said he didn’t bring our half the dinner that was ordered and the waiter said the kitchen was closed!!! Food was tasty but when it arrived to us it was cold. Especially the eggs needs to be hot. No serving spoon provided for sharing branch for two. We had to ask for spoon to share the scrabbled eggs and spoon for sharing yogurt. Also our friend asked to have extra bread toast with marmalade and butter but waiter said it’s not in the menu as individual item and the kitchen can’t provide it. No blame to the waiter of course but the shop policy has to provide what customer requests when this request is sensible. Been at family many times in the past knowing about the good service and good food quality but it’s obvious that something has changed not in a good way. The above is not complain but a way for the family to improve

Also ladies toilet was out of toilet paper and within 1/2 hour no toilet paper...

We had a wonderful time here! We started with coffee sitting outside and the staff were happy to save us a table inside (we were a big group of people with a baby buggy as well) for dinner. Coffee was great - even had dairy free milk options which was great- and the food delicious and in great portions. The menu was very satisfying with interesting options to choose from and the prices reasonable. Not cheep- but very good considering the location and the set up. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Everything came on time although it was packed and we had a great time. Bathrooms were very clean and there also was a special table for nappy changes (in a narrow spot but still great- other places have nothing). Definitely...
