We came here because we saw good reviews on Google. Unfortunately, we were left disappointed ,felt cheated, without apology and left hungry! I chose fish and they brought us a completely different one with the remark that it was "the same", completely burnt, dry and black on the outside. When we complained that it was burnt and bitter, they didn't offer anything. Not to replace, or anything else. The fries we ordered for the kids were greasy and half-cooked. I believe that these reviews were created when the place probably had another chef because this one obviously does not know his job. Of course, they charged us in full without apologizing. Very difficult to rate, a schizophrenic restaurant. Mostly great food, great prices, chaotic service.

Our main courses were slapped down on top of our starters, which we had only just started, which i really don't like. The waitress was very nice though but was swamped by how full the place was.

The Horta was nice, the skordalia very poor. The pork with prunes and the lamb were both utterly delicious although both could have been hotter.

The white wine was very tasty, the red wine was just ok.

It's by far the best value place in town, which unfortunately this year sees Greek salad often going for 10 euros or more and meat dishes for 18. As such though, it was totally heaving.

Probably one of the most genuine and traditional Tavernas we visited while holidaying in Skopelos. On our first visit we only wanted something light so we shared a plate of whitebait and stuffed peppers with half a litre of red wine. Towards the end of our meal the owner and his son joined in with the resident Bouzouki player which prompted some of the locals to get up and start dancing, so we ordered a couple of ouzos and stayed to watch the fun. Second visit I had the swordfish and my Wife had spaghetti with mussels.
